For this irrigation rebuild project there are two 60 HP turbine pumps that lift 2500 gpm of water 80 feet to the settling basin where a 350 HP turbine lifts water 380 feet up the hill to a 250 HP booster pump which pushes the water the next 170 feet to a series of center pivots & wheel lines. Approximately 500+ acres are irrigated!
Below are some pictures and the step-by-step process from beginning to end!
This is the lift pump station which pumps the water from the Fraser River into the settling basin.
This view is the water draining into a concrete settling basin where the sediment from the Fraser River will settle out.

This mainline runs up the hill from the pump house by the river to a booster pump which pushes the water to the pivots and wheel lines to irrigate the fields. Approximately 500+ acres are irrigated!
